G’day and welcome to True Blue Kitchen! 

I’m Jane Pontious, an Aussie from Brisbane, Australia, living in the United States. 

Like many Aussies living in the U.S., I miss the food. Some days, I’d give anything to hop in the ute, head down to the Gold Coast, and grab a famous Iced Sally Lunn Bun. But since that’s not exactly around the corner… I figured, why not try making it myself? I’m bringing a little taste of home to American kitchens one sweet treat at a time.
