On average, posts without AI-generated captions received 315.69 views each. They also earned an average of 8.21 likes, 0.26 comments, and 0.11 shares/reposts. Overall, this indicates that my content performed better when I created the captions myself rather than using AI.
S.M.A.R.T Goals
When creating my social media accounts, I created three S.M.A.R.T goals to track my progress over the past eight weeks.
1. Gain 500 views on an Instagram reel by week eight.
2. Get five likes on one Facebook post by week eight.
3. Receive over 3,000 profile views by week eight.
I was able to reach two out of my three goals. I gained 541 views on my Lamington reel and 564 views on my Pavlova reel on Instagram. I had a total of 7,968 views over the past eight weeks on Instagram. Unfortunately, I did not hit my goal to get more than five likes on one Facebook post, as I was only able to get one like or none at all.
