I led the creative direction and content strategy for the SAAC Instagram, designing visually cohesive posts and stories through Canva. My focus was on building brand awareness by highlighting campus events, meetings, Student-Athlete of the Week features, and collaborative projects with other Longwood University departments. Through consistent storytelling, interactive content, and strategic use of university branding, I strengthened audience engagement and expanded reach, averaging over 151,000 monthly profile views, with 61.6% coming from non-followers. I followed data insights and performance metrics to refine posting strategies to optimize engagement and enhance the organization’s digital impact.
