My take on John where he's undiagnosed autistic and the serum made it worse, especially the sensory overwhelm. Main verse is an AU between FATWS and Thunderbolts, where he winds up in court-mandated therapy and gets diagnosed.

I will also play him post Thunderbolts, still autistic,  but can still work as US Agent, but it's getting harder and harder to cover up the cracks.
