Jim Paxton is the the step father of Cassie Lang from Marvel's Ant-man 

Jim Paxton is just doing his best to be a good husband, Step-dad and Cop. He always tries to do the right thing even if he doesn’t always know what that is. He loves his family and that includes Scott and will do anything he can to protect them.
