After the events of the Sixth sense Malcome was at peace and able to go to heaven. He enjoyed his life in heaven of course but he couldn't stop thinking about all those down on earth who couldn't move on and wondering if he could help them. He assembled a team of other psycologist and with a bit of heavenly help they were allowed to come and go from heaven in order to treat the supernatural entieties and those affected by them on earth.
