Iron Horse (modern verse):
Iron Horse started as a tournament for Berserkers and Ulfhednar in the 700’s. Skallagrim competed in some of the early tournaments. As the times changed so did Iron Horse becoming an underground fight club when Christianity made it’s way into Scandinavia. Eventually the leaders turned to kidnapping Christian priest and monks and forcing them to fight. In modern times the organization kidnaps boys around 12 or 13 brainwashes them, trains them as berserkers, and forces them to fight.
Skallagrims put a stop to they’re rings several times before but his abilities got him noticed when he did. The leaders of Iron horse covet a warrior as skilled and fierce that will never die and bring endless entertainment. They’ve captured him before and when he refuses to fight torture him as an example to the boys.
In the 1950s they discovered that while Skallagrim could survive and heal from brain trauma he often would temporarily lose memories. They used this to force him to fight for 5 years before he broke free.
The Skinner (modern and frozen verse):
No one is quite sure how old the Skinner is or if he’s even human. He uses a forbidden magic simular to that of Skallagrims wolf pelt but much more powerful. When he skins something be it human or animal he can take they’re shape but he also gains they’re power and adds they’re life span to his. Using this he’s managed to survive longer than anyone remembers. When he found out about Skallagrims immortality he coveted it for himself as has been hunting him since. He is responsible for the death of Skallagrims second wife and his son. Sometimes the Skinner will take the form of Skallagrims son to torment him.
Loki (modern and frozen verse.):
Loki has long been after Vilja. The trickster god and Skallagrim have a long history. Loki more often than not will try to steal the relic or trick Skallagrim into giving it up.
