We got a good bit of positive feedback from playtesters! It's really coming together. I think we still can benefit from a level redesign next term but it's all in place, just needs tweaking!
Still some things that didn't get fully fixed/addressed. Also, I had surgery over the weekend so I wasn't able to do as much as I wanted.
Last push! Final Polish! Woo!

I was very busy this week, but I'm glad that I still managed to get a lot done - especially on the animation front. Also, I managed to get android mirroring working right before our demo! It worked just fine, and I got a feel of what it'll be like during our Week 11 presentation (for one, there's no sound forwarding so I'll have to hook up AUX).
Oh and I got a lotta playtesting feedback from EGS and my friends. Most of my playtesters have been game developers or gamers with insight into game design, but thankfully Nazifa got many opinions outside our bubble from her family members.
I was really really overworked and tired weh
Polish polish polish! Animations, bug fixing, UI cleanup, etc.

New camera system focuses on displaying
Pan across the entire level at the start of the game.

We got a lot of feedback from playtesting and it was very much needed. The bugs from last week have been fixed (I hope) and the game is running smoothly for the most part.
I didn't get to do much at all this week besides gathering playtesting data.
I plan on adding extra assets to create a polished state for the game as well as creating a "Sleeping Hatto" asset for UI-flavor purposes. Editing the GDD for a final pre-production version and wrapping up any last and final touches to our document and communication platforms, as well as the game itself, is front and foremost to be completed for Gold Build this upcoming week.

Not as much to do this week but got some polish work done. Due to religious holiday, I finished all of my stuff on early tuesday.
Nothing bad happened this week. I was too happy with Eid to feel negative really!
Polish and Testing
Total Hours: 5 hours
Everything Is effectively done for my part of the game. The only part left is to clean more. It was a light week for me.
Bug testing is getting harder to do, and once I find one it is pretty serious to have it at this stage.
Its the last week. I will do any last minute changed needed for the final build
Total Hours: 6 hours
The trailer is a lot snappier and doesn't drag nearly as much. I got the right animation assets in so the perspective on the human is right and all the emotions of the ghost show.
There wasn't much I could really do this week because there isn't much of the code I feel I can touch to fix bugs and I had two finals this week.
Bug fixes and some more playtesting to find new bugs.
