Our Constitution and Bylaws

Our ITA Constitution and Bylaws outlines the operations of our union and includes topics  like how we conduct meetings and voting.  It is a legally binding commitment with our members and with our parent unions (NYSUT, NEA, and AFT) about how we operate our union. The current document outlines all the ways we MUST legally conduct union business.
