Committee Goals: Standing committee of ITA Officer, Committee Chairs, and elected delegates to discuss the pertinent business of the ITA 

Frequency of Meetings: Monthly Standing Meeting

Committee Chair: ITA President, Kathryn Cernera

Committee Goals: Standing committee of elected Building Representatives who meet to discuss building and district issues, develop advocacy and organizing skills, and support one another in taking action to best support members of their buildings.

Frequency of Meetings: Monthly Standing Meeting- Monday prior to the first Wednesday of each month

Committee Chair: ITA First Vice President, David Isley 

Committee Goals: Assembly of members elected to the contract bargaining team. CAT members meet as needed to prepare for negotiations, negotiate our collective bargaining agreement, and support members through the negotiations process

Frequency of Meetings: As needed before and during contract negotiations preparation and negotiating sessions- CAT often meets multiple times per week during active negotiations

Committee Goals: To uphold the Collective Bargaining Agreement with fidelity

Frequency of Meetings: Monthly standing meeting, additional meetings for grievance review or CBA education as needed

Committee Goals: To engage in political action and legislative advocacy on behalf of the political interests of our union

Committee Goals: To maintain communication and connection between active union members and retired members

Meeting Notes: Rather than meeting, the Legacy committee puts out a quarterly newsletter 

Committee Goals: to ensure professional, timely, and streamlined public-facing communications 

Frequency of Meetings: as needed to ensure goals are met; meetings often held virtually and asynchronously via Whatsapp
