Welcome to Issues Under Tissues :)

This is Lay Sion NG. I enjoy teaching English reading & writing classes. I am also passionate about researching & writing about Ernest Hemingway's work in light of environmental humanities. My other academic interests include gender & sexuality, symbolic cannibalism, posthumanism, etc. Sometimes, I would express my daily insights through free writing and other forms of art. I hope you find my writing interesting!

To motivate and encourage my students to write more effectively, I also publish some of their work here. Please check them out during your coffee break!
