Advanced Class - Protective Gear

This is a Martial Arts class, accidents and injuries can happen. To help prevent this we recommend that all students purchase their own protective gear. The recreation center has helped us by providing shin and arm guards as well as chest protectors for women. However, we ask that you bring your own mouthguard and cup if needed. 

Some students prefer to buy their protection gear instead of using the equipment provided by the city. If you would like to also purchase your gear here are some links for options we recommend.
