At first glance, the rubric may seem a little bit complex, especially when you look at how to determine if a course meets QM standards and expectations or not. Here is the easiest way to break down the rubric.
There are 8 general categories with a total of 42 standards in the QM 6th edition rubric.
Within those 42 standards, there are another two categories that are critically important in a peer review.
23 Essential Standards
6 Alignment Standards
Each of these types of standards are worth 3 points and any of them will cause a course to not meet QM standards and expectations if marked "not met" by 2 of the 3 peer reviewers.
