This timeline creation supports diverse partnerships by creating an advisory board consisting of industry professionals, alumni, parents, local farmers, etc. By having individuals from various backgrounds, the creation of an advisory board can provide a wide range of perspectives. This can also provide a range of resources, including opportunities for mentorships, internships, and other real-world experiences. The sustainability of the program is also key for continuous support beyond the initial stages. A clear timeline allows for regular evaluations for strong program growth. The second year in my timeline specifically focuses on sustaining and expanding the impact of the advisory board. The board will work together to set strategic goals for continued growth while maintaining transparency through annual reports. Overall, this timeline would allow me to strengthen ties between the agriculture education program and the community.

The committee would also maintain accountability for effectiveness by having executive roles such as chair, vice chair, and secretary. In addition, this outline shows how to identify a diverse selection of members. Some examples include parents, local business owners, local farmers, former students, and school board members. This would ensure valuable insights to create a well-rounded foundation for the advisory board.
