The Co-Op program at Al Akhawayn University (AUI) has grown from 1 company to 14 companies from 2021 to 2024. These top employers from Tanger, Rabat, Casablanca and Fes are seeking almost 100 students to work with them during breaks in the "alternance" model. AUI's Co-Op program receives strong positive feedback from AUI's Hiring Partners because they are requesting our students have more job experience off-campus before they finish their academic degrees. Therefore, AUI seeks to model Best Practices on Co-Op from Drexel University and Northeastern who use FACULTY to counsel students and network with industry. 

I am part of the COOP program at AUI since 2024. I mentor students at companies in Tanger.
