Students of the #CivicEngagementCaravan visited Dar Bellarj Fondation & #Le18Marrakech #RiadCulturel & Amal Women's Training Center & C4d Association at #DarMoustaqbel #MARRAKESH!! We spoke to Film Director and Curator Rim Mejdi, Curator Meryem Fekhari, Founder and President of Amal Women's Training Center Nora Fitzgerald Belahcen, Professor Dr. Frederick Hendricks of Rhodes University, and the great team of C4D at Dar Moustaqbel. An intensive weekend that uncovered the transformational power of arts and culture for our communities. We can only make progress if each of us understands that #democracy is what we all #do every single day.
