Administrating of Learning Management System Rediker/Plusportals
Data Entry, generating report cards, scheduling, etc.
Planning ASI middle and high school schedule according to graduation requirements, teacher availability, and student credit audit.
Auditing middle and high school student academic credits, graduation planning and academic probation planning.
Tracking teacher and student attendance.
Dual Enrollment Coordination (AUI - ASI)
Communicating program to ASI families
Managing applications
Coordination with AUI registrar office
Collecting final grades and generating transcripts
Advanced Placement (AP) exam coordination (College Board)

Proctor training

Behavior Management at middle and high school
Implementation of rules and procedures according to ASI handbook

Administrating additional online portals, including billing, supervising academic progress, managing transfer credits, communicating with families, and meeting for explanation:
Edmentum - used for credit recovery and additional courses
Florida Virtual School (FLVS) - used for AP courses that are not offered at ASI
BridgeU - College applications & career counseling
Common Application - College applications

Student Performance:
Set and enforce rigorous standards for student achievement that are in line with the goals of ASI.
Ensure the academic program meets or exceeds yearly student outcome goals as defined by ASI.
Organizational Leadership:
In collaboration with the Director, develop organizational goals and objectives consistent with the vision, mission and values of ASI.
Lead teachers in developing a healthy school culture aligned with the vision, mission and values of the school and the region.
Create a culture of excellence, teamwork and collaboration amongst the teachers, students and families.
In collaboration with the Director, oversee specific programs, services, and activities to ensure that program objectives are met.
In collaboration with the Director, manage the student enrollment process to ensure that the school achieves its targeted enrollment projections.
Ensure appropriate standards of student behavior, performance, and attendance.
Ensure that all disciplinary issues are addressed fairly and immediately.
Communicate to parents and students through Newsletters, Blogs and Email.
Instructional Leadership:
In collaboration with the Director, manage, evaluate and develop a team of teachers.
Work with teachers to constantly assess and improve student achievement results.
Ensure use of effective, research-based teaching methodologies and practices.
In collaboration with the Director, implement data-driven instructional practices and lead discussions about student performance.
Work with teachers to improve their teaching practice through coaching, professional development, modeling, and collaborative planning.
Keep abreast of successful instructional methodologies and practices.
Ensure consistencies in instruction and practice amongst the team of teachers.
Foster a culture of professionalism among teachers and staff.
Ensure learning environment and classroom instruction maximizes student learning.
Monitor progress of students, as well as supervise and mentor teachers.
The School Culture Coordinator support the director in providing both strategic and day to day leadership of the school. She is the keeper and visionary of the school's ethos and she is responsible to promote school culture by planning strategic initiatives that build student and adult understanding of teamwork and collaboration for betterment of the community.
