Rooster
Rooster is one of our exceptional male Livestock Guardian Dogs (LGDs). He is primarily Anatolian Shepherd with a touch of Great Pyrenees, born in October 2024.

From a young age, Rooster has impressed us with his wonderful temperament and natural instincts. His laid-back demeanor around our livestock and his gentle nature with our son make him a true favorite on the farm. At the same time, his strong protective instincts and calm confidence ensure that our animals stay safe from predators.

Rooster’s personality shines through in his measured vigilance—he only alerts when there’s genuine danger, a quality we deeply value in a guardian. He continues to grow into a well-balanced, trustworthy protector and beloved member of our farm family.

Grizzly
Grizzly, born in January 2024, was our first Livestock Guardian Dog and holds a special place on our farm. He comes from strong working lines—both parents are a 50/50 mix of Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherd.

Grizzly is a fierce and loyal protector, always alert to the slightest sign of danger. His natural instinct is to position himself between any potential threat and his livestock, ensuring their safety at all times.

He displays many of the classic Great Pyrenees traits in both appearance and temperament—confident, calm, and highly vocal when necessary. Grizzly uses his deep, commanding bark to announce his presence to any nearby predators, effectively keeping them at a safe distance from the property.

Dependable, watchful, and deeply bonded to his herd, Grizzly embodies everything we value in a true working guardian.

Badger
Badger is the newest member of our guardian pack, born in March 2025. She is a purebred Great Pyrenees and joined us in October 2025.

Although still young, Badger has already impressed us with her calm and gentle demeanor around the livestock. She’s beginning to find her voice—developing her “big girl bark”—and showing strong natural instincts to protect and stay aware of her surroundings.

We’re excited to watch Badger grow and mature, confident that she will develop into a steady, reliable guardian as she moves beyond her puppy stage and comes into her own.
