Event management is not the same as event planning. In essence, planning has to do with all the tasks performed before the beginning of the event. Once the event kicks off, event management takes over. Thus, in actual fact, event management ensures the proper running of the event once it kick starts.

  • Managing staff to resolve event situations on-site…
