SolidWorks is a solid modeling computer aided design software and a computer aided engineering application used by engineers and designers. Essentially, SolidWorks allows the user to build a model on their computer. This not only helps the user to understand what their product looks like but also how it would work with all the components all together in one place. It also makes it easier for others to understand what the designer is trying to create.
