We're famous for Charlie's.

Charlie's Spic and Span

If you have ever visited or even passed through our little Las Vegas, you probably know about Charlie's Spic and Span. We have our addicting homemade fresh tortillas, spicy red and green chile, and don’t even start me on the desserts. Although through the years the décor may have changed up a bit, we can agree that the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere have carried on. I’ve worked at Charlie's for almost 2 years now and can see that the tourists love it almost as much as the locals.

Our menu is a perfect blend of traditional American and New Mexican style food. Our all day breakfast menu is a Sunday must have. You can never go wrong with dessert, and it’s perfect to-go. Our famous giant cream puffs are amazing, but my personal favorite has to be the delicious key lime bars and sugar cookies.

The Spic and Span has been around since the 1960's and got its name because it was a laundromat back in the day. Obviously it has undergone quite a few transitions to become the wonderful restaurant that we know and love today. Charlie Sandoval has owned it since the 1980's and you can still find him cooking in the back most days. Come on by if you are ever hungry and in need of a home cooked meal or if you simply want to pick up some sweets and tortillas.
