Workshop 3: Brainstorm the rest of our course together

    • Read Chapters 5, 7-9 before this workshop.

    • Try to get your head around the concept of collection mapping. We will concentrate our efforts on the virtual collection that is extending out to our patrons.

    • We will first do an analysis of our study of technology access as we try to propose ways of handling equity.

    • We will then ideate or brainstorm the rest of our journey for the semester.

      • Individual and group work

      • Connection to patron groups

      • Topical outreach to patron groups and individuals

      • Might we create a proposed digital learning commons?

      • What types of artifacts related to prototypes could we create?

      • Proposing topics for group projects
