Flexible; I am a flexible and reliable team player, who truly enjoys new challenges and acquires all additional skills quickly.

Overly Ambitious; I am overly ambitious and want to take on many tasks at once. I will improve this by learning to delegate and working with a strong team of individuals who I can entrust with tasks.

Overly Informative; I always want to share my knowledge and educate others when I can. I often become excited about doing so and want to offer extensive support and as many resources as possible but, in doing so, I can sometimes overwhelm individuals with information. I can improve this by creating short and concise point-form notes of information and present the information in stages.

Maintaining a Healthy Work-Life Balance; I find myself having a hard time keeping a healthy work-life balance. I tend to spend extensive hours on my work, not allowing myself enough time to enjoy my family and friends. I will improve this by setting specific time slots for each workday and making sure to include some time for myself and other non-work-related activities.
