7. Freedom of Religious Belief

8. Illegal Organization

9. Adult Materials/Explicit Content (porn, sex, and mature content)

10. COVID-19 (referring to it as Chinese virus, Wuhan virus etc.)

11. Sexual and Gender preferences, orientation, and identities (sexy, gay, homosexual, bisexual, LGBT, lesbian, tomboy, ladyboy, drag queen, etc.)

12. Supernatural or topics related to ghosts, monsters, vampires, axes, guns

13. Terrorism or weapons

Prohibition on Improper and Unprofessional Conduct:

1. Having someone/something present in the background during class that may badly influence the lesson may result in Service Agreement Deliberation.

2. Showing photos or videos that include nudity, or worse pornography may result in Service Agreement Deliberation.

3. Using a mobile phone during the lesson may result to Service Agreement Deliberation.

4. Asking money from your student is behavior unbecoming of a teacher and doing so may result in Service Agreement Deliberation.

5. Contacting students in private (Wechat, Skype,QQ, etc.) to conduct lessons outside of 51talk may result in Service Agreement Deliberation.

6. Unauthorized lesson substitution may result in Service Agreement Deliberation.

7. Sexualized behavior, attempt, or language towards the student may result in immediate Service Agreement Cancellation.

8. Engaging in sensitive political topics or being offensive about Chinese culture may result in immediate Service Agreement Cancellation.

9. Negative attitude and violent behavior towards the student may result in immediate Service Agreement Cancellation.

10. Other unprofessional conducts, which are seriously conflict with industry standard, such as but not limited to smoking\eating\yawning\sleeping during lesson time.
