*Note: Unfilled Lesson memo is considered as unnotified absence (No-Notification Absent) if lesson status remained unfilled. Please create a ticket using the chat bubble on Mypapge if you were able to conduct the lesson.

Important Reminder:

Opened slots remain available for booking until the 10th minute of the scheduled time. For example, if you open an 18:00 slot, you must continue monitoring it until 18:10 to avoid missing any potential bookings.

While at your teaching station, please ensure that you regularly refresh your page (at least every minute) and maintain a stable internet connection at all times.

Failure to properly monitor your slots may result in missed lessons and corresponding penalties.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

If a student cancels the booking in advance, your slot will remain open and available for other students to book as a subbed lesson. If the slot is missed, it will be tagged as a “No Notification Absence” with a corresponding $3 penalty.
If a teacher misses a lesson, the slot will automatically be closed, and a $3 penalty will be reflected in the Lesson Fee Summary.
The lesson will also be recorded as “Teacher Absent” in the Lesson History tab.

What are the negative effects of missing lessons:

LOWER bookings
Absent Penalty will apply to all missed lessons tagged less than 2 hours before the lesson time and if lesson memo is unfilled ($ 3 for INET and $16 for AA/NA Teachers).

Common drivers of complaints under Lesson Time Management

- Entering AC late
- Entering AC on Time but Starting Late
- Leaving AC Early
- Leaving AC on Time but Saying Goodbye Early
- Conducted lesson but failed to post Lesson Memo
- No power and ISP back-ups in case of power interruption or internet issue
