Marking Student

• You MUST submit a Lesson Memo after conducting  the lesson as it also serves as your attendance.

• A Lesson Memo does not need to be filled out or submitted if You  or the Student was absent

• If you fail to submit the Lesson Memo for a conducted class, the system will automatically mark you ABSENT at 12NN (Beijing Time) the following day with a penalty of $3.

• Save a screenshot of your Lesson History page after successfully posting lesson memos, as back up.

• The Lesson Memo is already available starting on the 15th minute of the lesson.

• If the student is absent, you can mark the student absent after 15th minute for Regular Lesson, and 25th minute for Free  Trial Lesson before you leave the classroom to avoid being tagged as leave early.

Posting Lesson Memo

• Kindly click the “Undone“ button on the Lesson History page.

• Make sure you leave at least 1 correction each for Part 1 Pronunciation & Part 2 Grammar and Syntax. Dashes or N/A are considered unqualified entries. 

• Please make sure to double check the entries before you submit the Lesson Memo.

• Students may complain if you submit unqualified Lesson Memo.

• Once you have submitted your Lesson Memo, the word “undone” will be changed to “Posted”. This is an indicator that you have successfully submitted the memo. The time of completion will also be recorded by the system. 

Situation 1 

The student/parent sent a notification via AC chat box saying student will be absent for the schedule.

Situation 2
The student is absent, but the student or the parent doesn’t want me to tag the lesson absent.

Situation 3

I mistakenly attached a wrong screenshot on the Student Absence tagging. What should I do?

Situation 4

The student entered the AC late, then left and entered again (student had multiple log ins and outs throughout the lesson). Should I mark the lesson Student absent immediately?

Situation 5

I mistakenly tagged the student absent instead of posting a lesson memo. What should I do?

Situation 6

The student is experiencing a technical issue while in the lesson time. She left and did not return. All is well on my end. Should I mark the lesson student absent immediately?
