LATE NIGHT SLOTS ARE:
00:00 - 02:30 Daily
Go to the Shift Management tab
Double check the lesson time and date
Click the slot you want to open or close. It will be highlighted
Click on "Submit" button
Double check your "My Booking Schedule" tab after opening or closing your slots.
Make sure to commit to your selected schedule.
Plan your schedule ahead of time.
Family gatherings, conflict with time job, church and school activities, appointments are not valid reasons to be absent.
Schedule your appointments before opening slots.
NOTE: If the student cancels the booking in advance, your slots will remain open and can be booked by another student as a subbed lesson. Once missed you'll be tagged as absent "No Notification" with corresponding penalty of $3
What? Grab Lesson is AC feature that can help you add more lesson by turning your un-booked open slots to another lesson (available only for Windows OS as of the moment)
Why? The advantages for Grab Lesson are instant booking and opportunity to gain more regular students.
How? Turn on the function on your AC

FAQs
1. Can I turn off the Grab function? Just click the OFF and you will not receive any notifications.
2. Where can I grab a lesson? In AC, a pop up will appear and inform you if you want to grab a lesson. You will also be notified if other teachers already grabbed the lesson.
3. I did not receive Grab a lesson? Selected lessons that need to be subbed are for Grab a Lesson.
4. I do not have an open slot, can I still Grab a lesson? No, only teachers who have open slots and online in AC can grab a lesson.
5. My Grab function was turned off, can I still use the function? Yes, just go to AC schedule and turn ON the function. Grab lessons to avoid automatic off by the system due to unable to Grab a lesson.
6. I’m a MAC user, can I use the function? No. The function is not available yet for MAC users
7. I can't see the grab a lesson button in AC. Depending on the system, it releases lessons needing not sub systematically and if student agrees for a sub. Grab Lesson function will only appear 10 mins before until 10 minutes within lesson time.
8. How long should I conduct the class? Once successfully grabbed the lesson, please fully conduct the lesson up to 25 minutes
