We provide staff who are competent, we do this by ensuring we provide a high-quality induction to all staff and provide regular training to ensure our staff can deliver the services in a safe and effective manner. We embed a culture of openness and reflective practice to ensure we are continually learning and developing as a workforce.
Our communication is open, clear, and transparent with all clients and their significant others. The voice of our client is at the core of all we do. We also recognise the need to communicate effectively with partnership organisations and our own workforce so that the quality and safety of care is maintained.
