Personal care involves one-on-one support with one of our highly trained carers with daily personal living tasks and personal hygiene.
This can involve completing the tasks or supervising the client to complete the tasks safely and independently in their own homes.
Personal care usually involves tasks such as:
Bathing & Showering
Dressing & undressing
Oral Hygiene
Stoma/ catheter care
Shaving
Toileting & continence
Moving & pressure relief
Meal preparation & support
Medication management/ support
Independence at Home limited will put a full person-centred care plan in place detailing the level of support required to help you remain independent in your own home by fulfilling your needs and wants.
Our care management team will carry out a Home assessment to help find the care service that is right for you or your loved ones.
