Night Sits

Overnight care involves a carer from Independence at Home Limited staying with you throughout the night to provide companionship, personal care and support any time you might need them. Helping you to maintain your Independence, Freedom and choice in the comfort of your own home.

Overnight care offers additional care for those with additional needs or for anyone that may become more anxious during the night alone.

IAH offers to Overnight care services:

Waking nights

The carer will stay awake throughout the night, usually in the room with you to provide care whenever it is needed, offering constant reassurance to the client and family throughout the night.

Sleeping nights

The carer will sleep throughout the night but will be on hand if you call them for support any time throughout the night.

Please note – If the carer is called more than 3 times during the night, this becomes a ‘Waking night’.
