How does QR check-in work? Premium and Business users can generate a QR code for any event. When guests arrive, they scan the code in the app to check in. The host sees real-time arrival updates on their live dashboard.

What are attendance reliability scores? A badge on each user's profile showing how consistently they show up to events they RSVP to. It helps hosts know who's likely to actually come.

How does Promote to Area work? Premium and Business users can broadcast their event to nearby Social Pullup users using a radius picker. Great for public events, community meetups, or business promotions. Business tier gets an extended promotion radius.

What's the Business tier for? The Business tier is designed for vendors — restaurants, venues, caterers, DJs, photographers, and more. You get a verified badge, contact buttons on your profile, priority placement in nearby vendor suggestions when users plan events, and 500 photos per event stored forever.

Do I need to allow location access? Location improves vendor discovery and event suggestions, but it's not required. If you deny location services, you can enter a zip code as a fallback.

Is my data private? Your profile and event data are stored securely in Firebase. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. You control your notification preferences and can manage your data in Settings.

Can I invite friends who don't have the app? Yes! Use SMS invites to send an invitation to anyone in your contacts, even if they don't have Social Pullup installed yet.

Does Social Pullup have an Apple Watch app? Yes. The companion Watch app syncs via WatchConnectivity and delivers rich notifications so you can see event updates from your wrist.

Can I create recurring events? Yes. Events can be set to repeat, and you can save templates for quick creation of events you host regularly.
