Imira Image LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications.
This policy applies to all apps developed by Imira Image LLC, including but not limited to: Call Karma, ClockWyse, I Recall, MileProof, PickGenius, Remia, Zentone, Social Pullup, LoadLogic, TrackOne, ProjectPulse, VoiceCart, VocoPost, EAA - Emergency Assist.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Account Information: Name and email address when you sign up for beta testing or contact us.
User Content: Data you create within our apps (lists, trips, time entries, inventory items, medication schedules, etc.).
Health & Wellness Data:
Zentone: Tinnitus frequency preferences, therapy session history, and symptom logs.
Remia: Medication names, schedules, dose history, refill counts, and task records. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
EAA - Emergency Assist: Heart rate data, blood pressure readings, medication names and schedules, emergency contact information, and workout session data. Health data is accessed via Apple HealthKit and stored locally on your device. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. During an active emergency, your location is shared with your designated emergency contacts. The companion Apple Watch app transfers health data using Apple's secure WatchConnectivity framework. No health data is transmitted to external servers.
VocoPost Content: Car interview transcripts, photos, and AI-generated social media captions. Photos and interview data are stored locally on your device. When you use AI content generation, your interview text is sent to our secure server for processing — no photos or audio are transmitted. AI-generated text is returned to your device and stored locally.
Social & Event Data: Profile information, friend connections, event details, RSVP responses, event photos, check-in data, and chat messages (Social Pullup). This data is stored in Firebase/Firestore and Firebase Storage.
Feedback: Information you provide when contacting support or submitting feedback.
Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: How you interact with our apps, features used, and app performance data.
Crash Reports: Technical information when the app crashes to help us fix issues.
Location Information
Some of our apps may collect location data to provide core functionality:
MileProof: GPS location for automatic trip tracking.
VoiceCart: Location for store proximity alerts.
TrackOne: GPS for service location tracking.
Social Pullup: GPS location for nearby vendor discovery and event suggestions. Location can be denied with zip code fallback.
EAA - Emergency Assist: GPS location used only during active emergencies to share with designated emergency contacts. Location is not tracked or stored for any other purpose.
Remia does not collect or use location data.
Location data is only collected when you grant permission and is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync or export your data.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and improve our app functionality

Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
Most of our apps store data locally on your device. Your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or sync it. Remia stores all medication, task, and dose history data exclusively on your device. No health information leaves your device.
iCloud Sync
Some apps offer optional iCloud synchronization. When enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services:
Apple Services: iCloud, App Store, TestFlight, and Apple Maps.
Analytics: Anonymous crash reporting and usage analytics.
AI Processing: VocoPost uses Anthropic's Claude API for AI content generation. Only interview text is sent for processing — no photos, audio, or personal identifiers are transmitted. Processing is handled through our secure proxy server.
Remia does not use any third-party services, analytics, or network connections. It operates entirely offline.
EAA - Emergency Assist does not use any third-party services, analytics, or network connections beyond Apple HealthKit and Watch Connectivity. It operates entirely on-device.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of your data.
Delete: Delete your data by removing the app or clearing app data.
Opt-Out: Disable location services, notifications, or analytics in your device settings.
Withdraw Consent: Stop using our apps at any time.
Managing Permissions
You can control app permissions (location, microphone, camera, etc.) through your device's Settings app.
Remia requires only notification permission to deliver medication and task reminders.
EAA - Emergency Assist requires HealthKit permission for heart rate and blood pressure monitoring, location permission for emergency alerts, and notification permission for emergency countdowns and medication reminders.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above.
