Which overtime rule should I choose?
Choose based on where you work: California has daily overtime after 8 hours plus double time after 12 hours. Federal/Most States kicks in after 40 hours per week. Alaska and Colorado have their own daily and weekly rules. When in doubt, check with your employer.
What's a Prevailing Wage rate?
Prevailing Wage is a government-mandated pay rate for workers on public works projects like roads, schools, and government buildings. If your job requires it, enter that rate in Settings and select it when logging those shifts.
How do lunch breaks work?
When adding or editing an entry, toggle on Lunch 1 or Lunch 2 to deduct break time. Each lunch break is 30 minutes and subtracts automatically from your total hours.
Can I track PTO?
Yes! The Summary screen shows your Vacation and Sick time balances. Tap Holiday, Vacation, or Sick Day on the main screen to add PTO entries quickly.
Can I edit a time entry after saving?
Yes. Tap any entry to edit the date, times, project, rate, or notes. Your hours and earnings recalculate automatically.
Does my data sync between devices?
Yes. Turn on Auto-Sync in Settings and your time entries sync via iCloud to all devices signed into the same account.
