How It Works
1. Add Your Medication — Enter your med name, dose, form (pill, inhaler, injection, etc.), and choose a schedule: specific times, every X hours, days of the week, or
as-needed.
2. Set Up Reminders — Remia schedules local notifications for the next 7 days automatically. Tap "Taken" right from the notification — no need to open the app.
3. Track Tasks Too — Add recurring tasks (refill pickup, blood pressure check, lab appointment) with flexible recurrence: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals.
4. See Your Day at a Glance — The Today view shows everything due, color-coded by status: upcoming, taken, missed, or skipped. iPad gets a side-by-side calendar layout.
5. Manage Tapered Schedules — For meds like Prednisone, build a multi-phase taper plan with different doses and durations. Remia tracks which phase you're in automatically.
6. Track Refills — Set your pill count and a low-supply threshold. Remia decrements on each dose and alerts you when it's time to refill.
7. Review Your History — A built-in calendar shows your adherence day by day. Tap any date to see exactly what you took and when.

FAQ
Q: Is Remia free?
A: Yes. Remia is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Q: Does Remia sell my data?
A: No. All your data stays on your device. Remia has no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics.
Q: Can I track both medications and general health tasks?
A: Yes. Medications and recurring tasks (like "check blood pressure" or "pick up refill") live side by side in the same app.
Q: What if my medication has a tapering schedule?
Yes. Remia supports multi-phase tapers — set a start date and the phases (e.g., 40 mg for 5
days, then 30 mg for 5 days, then 20 mg…) and the app advances you through them automatically.
Built with prescriptions like Prednisone in mind.
Q: How do notifications work?
A: Remia schedules the next 7 days of reminders directly on your device — no server, no account.
Each notification has quick actions so you can mark a dose as taken, snooze it, or skip it
without opening the app.
Q: Does it work on iPad?
A: Yes. Remia has an iPad-optimized layout with sidebar navigation and a side-by-side calendar view.
Q: What if I miss a dose?
A: Remia detects missed doses after a grace period you can configure. You can mark a late dose as
taken whenever you remember, and your adherence calendar reflects it accurately.
