Resources complied by the Association for Progressive Communications, this toolkit provides an overview of the legal standards concerning the right to privacy and personal data protection in Africa, as well as some practical tools for the implementation of data collection frameworks. It offers a human rights-based approach (HRBA), drawn from international and regional treaties on policy and planning.
