Regina is an expert in ICT and digital technologies in international development and grassroots social innovation - her doctoral thesis focuses on critical technical practice in grassroots design in the Global South. With over 15 years of experience, she started the UN’s first collaborative platform and accelerator for young social entrepreneurs using technology, the ITU Young Innovators Programme in 2011, and currently consults on work with UN agencies, GIZ, CERN, and Ars Electronica.
