Below you can see images of leaves from different plant species that were collected from the living collections of the University of Berkeley Botanical Garden. Those leaves were subjected to a series of treatments (see protocol here) to diggest the non-vein tissues, so that we can clearly see how the veins are organized in beautiful and complex networks.
