IGC Educational Advisors
Our educational advisers to help students identify and achieve your educational goals. They are well trained professionals who can work with all levels of students, from those who seek vocational education or the ones who need business and professional education. Our educational advisers help students get the most out of their studies and reach their highest potential. They serve as a mentors and guide, helping students navigate and plan growth focused education pathways. Advisers provide valuable insight and support for students at any stage of their educational journey. From young student to senior business owner, IGC advisors often help by planning courses of study that align with their career aspirations, connecting them with right resources and course programs.
Our advisors are great mentors. Every advisor is capable to help potential learners identify their learning and growth needs that matches the gainful career path they desire. Together, IGC Campus will be able to find the best learning options and training courses that enhances knowledge, skills and competencies the students need to develop.
Advisers perform different tasks to support our students (youths, profrssionals and entrepreneurs);
Assisting with enrolment: Advisers often help students navigate the enrolment process of IGC Campus, ensuring that they're properly registered for classes and have access to the resources they need. This can include helping students apply for courses, fill in financial forms to complete payments.
Discussing career paths: An adviser can guide students towards a career path that matches their interests and capabilities. IGC Campus provide training programs for long term career development. So, the advisors work with students to develop result focused training plans as they assess growth needs, goals, plans and career outcomes of each student.
Helping students explore their study options: Students can reach out for support in understanding the requirements and expectations. Therefore, the idea is to identify diverse needs of different individuals before matching the course programs of IGC Campus with their study paths. Educating potential students about the available and up-coming courses, is one of the key tasks of an advisor.
Assisting training needs: Advisers help students review their goals and training needs. This can include writing goals, identifying training needs, analysing training outcomes, giving advice on how to balance in-class training requirements with practical training and helping students establish a course schedule. Advisors will have to plan interviews, meetings and awareness sessions with potential students to assess needs.
Helping students access available resources: Students often ask for help finding the additional course programs, counselling and additional learning resources. Advisers usually provide information on resources, help students understand the services available to them or provide assistance with scheduling appointments.
Guiding students through challenges: Students might reach out to advisers for support in addressing learning or academic issues they may be facing. Advisers can provide study tips and strategies, help students develop a plan for completing assignments and meeting deadlines and provide guidance on how to manage stress and balance academic and personal responsibilities.
Planning for continued financial planning: Advisers need to help students to organize payment plans and follow-up course fee collection with IGC Campus management. Advising students to develop training investment plan is a one of the most important tasks of every advisor.
Assisting students with finding employment while in college: Students looking for work while studying might contact an adviser for help finding jobs, writing resumes and cover letters and preparing for interviews. This support may include helping with the job-seeking process or providing advice for networking and tips for reaching out to potential employers.
Providing guidance on time management: Effective time management helps students balance schoolwork and life, helping them better manage stress and prevent burnout. Advisers can guide students by helping them create schedules, prioritize tasks and identify time-wasting habits.

Educational and professional requirements for advisers can vary depending on the role. However, every advisor need to possess;
A bachelors degree or equal academic qualification.
Should have completed Educational Advisor Program of IGC Campus.
Work experience at least six years in public or private sectors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in teaching, training or mentoring fields are considered as added professional qualification.
Any other relevent academic or professional qualification.
Outstanding capability of networking and connecting with people, organizations and business entities.
