Those who are facing difficulty taking the membership of LSI, annual/life either, may do it at the conference venue “On Spot” only. The Treasurer of LSI is personally available to do this process & coming down from Pune.
Important note: Without submitting full paper and completing the registration, we are unable to include your name & paper in the Conference Program Schedule. Please find below the mode of payment and account details.
Participants, accompanists, and each paper reader must register by paying the full amount of the registration fee and accommodation charges. The registration fee includes a conference kit, book of abstracts, food, and refreshments.
A Certificate can be provided to a person if completed the registration, not necessarily present in the venue as a coauthor of a particular paper.
However, conference kit will not be provided to any accompanists, except accommodation, food, and refreshments.
Note that the registration fee paid once is not refundable. The category of the fee is as follows:
1. Participants from Foreign countries: USD 100 "Hundred US dollars" (provided with Free Accommodation). They can use WISE to send money online: https://wise.com/gb/swift-codes/PUNBINBBISB
2. Participants from India: Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. 1,500/- extra if you need shared Accommodation)
3. Research Scholars/students* (non-fellowships holders) from India: Rs. 1,500/- (Free Dormitory Accommodation)
4. Local students & participants*: Rs. 500/-
* Production of identity cards is a must.
Please note that those who will be registered including the accompanists before 5th October accommodation will be provided to them.
