Dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence, and collaboration through the performing arts since 2022, HMTC Juniors is a vibrant musical theatre group for young people aged 7 to 16.
By providing age-appropriate training in singing, acting, and dance within a supportive and inclusive environment, HMTC Juniors helps children develop not only their performance skills but also their self-esteem, communication abilities, and sense of discipline. Through regular rehearsals, productions, and opportunities to perform on stage, members learn the value of teamwork, perseverance, and creative expression... skills that benefit them both in and out of the theatre.
Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings between 6.30-7.30pm, in the Oak Room at Cottingham Civic Hall. It only costs £20 per month (£5 weekly) plus an additional £20 show fee for major productions, typically made payable by direct debit.
Our group leaders - Becky, Jayne, Jo, Aimee and Hollie - are all DBS checked and highly experienced working with and safeguarding children and young people.
So if your child is a budding young singer, dancer or actor, please get in touch by emailing us at juniors@hullmtc.co.uk. We look forward to welcoming you and your child into our friendly and supportive community!
