Call for Abstract
Graduate student opportunity to present research at the 2nd Graduate Student Research Panel
Himalayan Policy Research Consortium
Nepal Study Center, University of New Mexico
July 24, 2022
As a part of the Himalayan Policy Research Consortium's 2nd Graduate Research Presentation Series, we are inviting you to submit an abstract for the upcoming event, which will be held virtually on July 24th, 2022. The idea of this free event is to provide an opportunity for graduate students and their faculty mentors to share their research with peers from North America, and Asian sub-continent and beyond. We welcome research topics on social-sciences or any interface it has with other disciplines and encourage empirical work with policy relevance.
The graduate seminar hopes to allow young graduate scholars (and their faculty mentors) from both continents to have access to collaborative opportunities, receive feedback on their work, and be exposed to the possibility of mentorship. The HPRC consortium will also recognize and provide certificate for the best graduate student presentation.
