For the need for a centralized hub of process mining expertise, the company established a DSI ( Data, Systems, and Innovation) Unit. DSI oversaw process mining initiatives across the organization, provided guidance, and ensured best practices were followed. To break down silos and promote cross-functional collaboration, the company connected the Process Mining team with various business units. This facilitated a deeper understanding of department-specific challenges and paved the way for more effective process improvements.
