a. Map of the business process.
As mentioned before, this case study uses the Procure-to-Pay process as an example of P3M assessment tool implementation.
b. Stakeholder Map.
For the Procure-to-Pay process, several departments are involved (Finance, Procurement, DSI Unit, and Human Resources). The representatives from these departments (both staff and department heads) have been selected to measure the maturity levels according to the knowledge and authority they have in certain dimensions of the model.
