Phase 3 - Maturity Assessment

This phase measures the maturity of the process mining initiative at TC using the P3M maturity model.

The model consists of seven dimensions, with four dimensions capturing management aspects (people, culture, governance, and strategic alignment) and three capturing the Information Technology aspects (technology, pipeline, data). In the figures, blue shades represent the dimensions of the management side, and orange shades represent the dimensions of the IT side. 

Each dimension has two or more sub-dimension capabilities. Each sub-dimensional capability is associated with a level of implementation maturity:

• • Six dimensions use the five maturity levels of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI),

  •  The dimension Technology uses four levels custom-defined in our research.
