General instructions and P3M preview (approx 5 min)
The maturity assessment using P3M involves 6 phases:
Phase 1: Scope identification (3 min)
This phase's goal is to ensure that the company defines the boundaries of the process mining activities that will be measured using P3M
Phase 2: Business use case and stakeholder identification (2 min)
The goal of this phase is to make sure the company defines the owner of the process(es) and the stakeholders involved in the maturity measurement.
Phase 3: Maturity assessment (15 min)
This phase involves the actual assessment within the scope defined in Phases 1 and 2.
Phase 4: Strength, Weakness, and Opportunity Identification (2 min)
Based on the maturity measurement result, this phase's goal is to define the strengths and the weaknesses of process mining initiatives, defining the opportunities for improvement in the future.
Phase 5: Action Step Identification (2 min)
This phase defines the action steps that must be implemented to address the opportunities identified.
Phase 6: Action Step Monitoring (1 min)
This phase concerns the monitoring of the implementation of the action steps.
Evaluation questionnaire (10 min)
At the end, we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to evaluate P3M, based on the case study presented.
There are no known or foreseeable risks for participation in this study. Your answers and comments will be processed and reflected anonymously in any research outcome (e.g., papers). We assure you that we will not collect personal data that can directly identify you. The information you provide will only be used for this research. Using a computer provides a superior experience compared to using a mobile phone or tablet for this questionnaire. The larger screen and keyboard make navigating and inputting responses easier, resulting in a more efficient and comfortable experience.
