Light Machine Guns: M60 and RPD.
Sniper Rifles: Mosin-Nagant, R700, and A.I L96A1.
Flamethrowers: M2 Flamethrower and LPO-50.
Shields: Riot and Ballistic.
Combative and Hostile Forces may deploy up to four Light Machine Guns respectively.
Combative and Hostile Forces may deploy up to four Sniper Rifles respectively.
Combative and Hostile Forces may only deploy flamethrowers in the Anomaly Containment Hub.
Combative Forces may deploy up to two Automatic Assault-12s.
Combative and Hostile Forces may deploy up to six shields respectively.
Barricades should not be used in a manner that is designed to restrict the passage to an objective, nor should they be excessively placed.
The baton, beanbag shotgun, and handcuffs are prohibited from being used on either side.
Claymores and beartraps are to be placed with a direct line of sight; placeables, gas, or building structure may be used to artificially conceal them.
Roadways and doorways may not be obscured by vehicles or placeables.
Hostile Forces are prohibited from dive-bombing their vehicles down the Anomaly Containment Hub.
Vehicles may not be used to ram or car bomb juggernauts or individuals with strike gear.
CS Gas may not be thrown at any of the doors or gates in front of the CDC. CS Gas may not be thrown past the small stairs in front of the CDCZ.
Hostile Forces may not enter or interact with the spawns of Combative Forces unless initially fired upon. This covers the following:
Security Department Spawn
Military Police Spawn
Mobile Task Forces Spawn
Global Occult Coalition Spawn
The John F. Kennedy Center may not be entered by Hostile Forces unless permitted for official negotiations in the Department of External Affairs's spawn.
The Foundation Personnel Spawn and the Medical Department Wing may not be entered by Hostile Forces.
The Upper Scientific Department Wing may not be entered by Hostile Forces. The Lower Scientific Department Wing may be accessed at any time.
Combative Forces must stay outside of the Class-D Containment Zone; none may enter unless the Riot Moderator allows it or if an SCP is currently breached within the zone.
Combative and Hostile Forces are barred from staying on top of the CDCZ and the hills above it; this also includes the mountains leading to MTF spawn.
The big transfer gate is to remain closed at all times.
Combative Forces must station at the carpark or at the tram station, should they linger.
Combative Forces may not access the metro during riots.
Only the Riot Protocol must be enabled for the duration of the event. This includes lockdowns.
SCP Boxes may not be hidden or placed in places inaccessible to either belligerent party.
SCP Boxes shall not be placed past the CDCZ Guard Line. Once Combative Forces discover the existence of a box, they may enter into the Class-D Containment Zone.
The Breach Shelter may not be closed unless for the purpose of evacuating personnel during a breach, the Hamilton Office Complex blast door may not be closed unless permitted by the Raid Moderator, while the Light Containment Zone gate may not be closed at all.
Circumventing established regulations through the use of loopholes is prohibited.
Road Barriers must be left open for Hostile Forces.
Ongoing Civilian Events that were started before the raid may not be interrupted.
Spawns may not be used to gain an upper hand over either side.
The usage of bugs or exploits will not be tolerated during riots.
The usage of SCP-2398 (the explosive bat), SCP-034 (the obsidian knife), and SCP-330-4 (Pink Candy) on Juggernauts by either party is forbidden.
Hostile Class-Ds should not be given any strikes at all, and should not be taken to solitary confinement regardless of any reason.
There shall be a global limit of TWO Juggernaut within riots and FIVE strike gear members on each team within riots.
The maximum amount of consecutive strike gear deployments is FIVE. Strike gear may only be deployed at the discretion of the Riot Moderator and may not be countered by Lambda-7.
Mobile Task Force “Lambda-7” is the sole party allowed to counter hostile juggernauts. They may not counter strike gear.
Lambda-7 may not counter if the ratio is 2:1 (Combatives:Class-Ds)
There must be a minimum of 3 Mobile Task Force members online, two of which should be Lambda-7.
Compensated juggernauts may not be countered.
Juggernaut deployments must be followed by an announcement.
All juggernauts are one life.
Hostile Juggernauts are prohibited from utilizing any SCPs.
Foundation Juggernauts are allowed to utilize SCPs freely should they be actively countering the Hostile Juggernauts.
The usage of Juggernauts to directly target, achieve, and/or complete an objective is forbidden.
Juggernauts may only clear a path for friendly personnel and must not directly interfere with the objective.
