I Wish You More
Dance
Play music and let players move their bodies in any way they can—standing, seated, or with support.
Encourage movements like clapping, waving arms, tapping feet, or rolling side to side.
Focus on rhythm, expression, and having fun, not perfect steps.
Wheelchair Dancing
Players move their chairs in patterns to music—forward, backward, turns, and spins.
Add arm movements, scarves, or ribbon wands for more expression.
Movements can be done individually, with partners, or in groups.
Freeze Dance
Play music and have players dance in place or move around the space.
When the music stops, everyone freezes in their current pose until the music starts again.
Helpers can give visual or sound cues for “freeze” and “go.”
Just Dance Game
Use the Just Dance video game or similar motion/dance video on a large screen.
Players copy the movements shown, adapting as needed (seated versions, simplified steps, arm-only movements).
Helpers can guide players’ arms or legs to match the moves.
