In the City of Pistoia,
- Citizen of Pistoia were forbidden to go to the Pisa or Lucca nor have the citizen from those country come to Pistoia in order to prevent the threatening of the city. If found otherwise, 500 pence penalty was charged. The only way that citizen would have to move was by permission of council
- 10 pence penalty was charged to the guard of the gate in case of offer hospitality
- 200 pence was charged to those who would fetch in any kind of clothing to Pistoia, the found clothes was to be burnt in public piazza.
