The Black death as a turning point:
uses law as a focus by talking about how they need political leaders and employees educated in regional and roman law. Economic and social developments post-black death showed a vast change toward less glaring social inequalities. None of the classes had any real understanding of how the economic system and the effects on the population would be. Nobody knew it would be a long-term feature of the late middle ages relating to the aftermath of the Black Death, instead of returning to what life was like pre-plague.
