2. The only way to get more information on each home is to get on Dan's list of distressed homes + other opportunities.

3. Each and every home that Dan is representing the seller,  gets sent out to every investor on the list.

4. If you're not on the list, you won't get notified.

5. So stop the endless job of calling the endless amount of multiple agents over and over and over, asking about if they know of any new distressed homes and get on this list.

6. Investors that are on the list that constantly call Dan asking about additional distressed homes get removed from the list.  Yes, you'll get removed if you call constantly.
